Justin Behar
Accomplished, versatile entrepreneur and senior executive with a proven track record of leading teams from 2 to 1,500 across all funding stages through exit. 2x Founder, 2x CEO, and 20+ years of Board Director experience.
Most recently as CEO of Trax Retail, he led one of the world's most advanced enterprise-scale AI/ML platforms, instrumental for hundreds of global consumer goods manufacturers and retailers in addressing their critical business needs. He also led the transformation of a growth-stage SaaS application into a market leading multi-product platform; driving revenue growth and dramatically improving profitability. As a Founder before that, pioneered a category defining, crowd-based data and analytics solution which was acquired in 2018.
Across multiple start-ups, he has raised $700M+ in Venture and PE funding from Softbank Vision Fund, Blackrock, Warburg Pincus, Omers Ventures, and Matrix Partners, among others. Also led and successfully integrated five acquisitions across multiple geographies, which drove a greater than 5x increase in company valuation.

Youval Bronicki
Skillful software entrepreneur and product innovation leader with over 25 years of experience creating software products and platforms. Proven track record of leading technical teams from ideation to deployment, leveraging AI, computer vision, and augmented reality to solve real-world challenges.
Most recently as CTO of Trax Retail, he led the development of the company’s next-generation platform, drove Trax’s growth strategy, integrating advanced on-device AI and large-scale data collection for both consumer and enterprise markets. He also pioneered innovative hardware-centric initiatives, including checkout-free shopping and robotics for retail automation.
Throughout his career, Youval has demonstrated technical excellence and a passion for open-source solutions. As Co-Founder of Tersus Software, he invented a visual programming language and built an open-source rapid application development platform. He has also led strategic AI/NLP initiatives as a product innovation consultant and holds multiple patents across computer vision, frictionless shopping, and enterprise automation.
